1)Main responsibilities and Opportunities:
2)Scrutiny of Medical Records & Cases. Provide Medical opinion for Health Insurance-Preauth & Claims.
3)Processing of Cashless Requests & Health Insurance Claim Documents.
4)Ample Knowledge of medical terminology and willingness to work in the non-clinical field.
5)Understanding of Policies, Terms & Conditions & Various Protocols / Guidelines regarding Health Insurance with Claims adjudication/Claims Processing.
6)Follow & Implement Standard Operating Procedures & Protocols
7)Treatment Wise Procedure Coding.
8)Manage volumes effectively & efficiently to maintain Turnaround time (TAT) of processing cases
9)Should be Flexible for Morning/Afternoon Shifts
Required Candidate profile
1)Good Medical field knowledge.
2)Good Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
3)Good customer relationship skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
